Senior Policy Advisor: Specialist in Fertilisers and Nutrient Management

Henry Webber is a farmer, policy adviser, and research fellow with extensive experience in the agricultural and land-based sectors. They have served as a Senior Policy Advisor at Defra since 2017, specializing in fertiliser regulations, and are currently a Research Fellow in Crop Production and Agronomy at the Royal Agricultural University. Henry completed a PhD funded by the AHRC at the University of Bristol and University of Reading, focusing on technology in Precision Farming and archaeology. Additionally, they are a partner at Skreens Park Farm and the creator of Mistletoe Trees, a business venture that combines agricultural innovation with market opportunities.
