Ian McLoughlin

Ian McLoughlin is an experienced professional currently serving as the Chair of the Governing Body and a School Governor at Prescot Primary School since May 2022. In addition, Ian has worked at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs as a Senior Continuous Improvement Consultant since November 2017, having previously held continuous improvement roles at the Environment Agency from September 2008 to November 2017. Ian's early career includes positions at Jobcentre Plus and Panorama Mountain Resort, where administrative and coordination skills were developed. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) with Honours in Physical Geography from Liverpool John Moores University, along with multiple certifications in change management and continuous improvement methodologies, including a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
