James Yan serves as Team Leader at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs since August 2019. Previous roles include positions at the Department for International Trade, where James held various titles such as Canada Lead for Bilateral Trade Relations and Trade Agreements Continuity Policy Adviser.
