Jen Preen currently serves as the Head of Digital and Data Delivery - Emissions Trading at the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero since January 2024. Additionally, Jen holds the position of Head of Digital Services Delivery - Resources and Waste and has roles as the UK REACH Service Product Owner and Team Leader at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs since May 2017.
