Mark Kippax

Mark Kippax is an accomplished Program Manager currently with the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs since June 2022. Prior to this role, Mark served as Project Management Team Lead at Computershare, where responsibilities included workforce planning, developing a Target Operating Model, and establishing a PMO with a focus on data analytics. Mark has significant experience at Clarks, managing group portfolio projects and leading time-sensitive change management initiatives. As Head of Project Management at Development Initiatives, Mark transformed project governance and delivery processes. Mark's earlier roles include leadership positions in various Australian government departments, such as the Department of Justice, where Mark led teams on complex projects, and improved PM practices. A founding director of PMIS Consulting, Mark's early career included project management for major defense and health clients. Mark holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London.
