Morgan Simpson is currently serving as the UK Deputy Head of Delegation for the Montreal Protocol at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs since April 2022, leading negotiations on global policies related to ozone-depleting substances and F-gases. In this role, Morgan acts as the UK's representative on the Executive Committee for the Multilateral Fund, supporting developing countries in phasing down HFC consumption and production.
