Nicola Luke - FCIPD is an experienced HR leader with a diverse background in learning and development, project management, and strategic partnership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Learning and Development for the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs since March 2023, Nicola previously held significant positions such as HR Project Lead at the Department for Work and Pensions and established Nicola Luke Consulting Limited, providing tailored HR transformation programs.
