Christian Sørensen

Christian Sørensen has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Christian started their career in 2009 as a Team Lead at EMTÉ Supermarkten, where they worked until 2013. Christian then joined JYSK as an Administrative Assistant and later as a Verkoop Medewerker. In 2014, they transitioned to Coop Supermarkten as a Team Lead and worked there until 2016.

In 2015, Christian joined EIFFEL as a Stagiair Finance & Control and later as a Financieel Medewerker. From 2016 to 2017, they worked on an Afstudeerproject focused on Business Intelligence at EIFFEL, where they gained experience in BI intelligence, OLAP cubes, Excel, and self-reporting. Christian also developed skills in programming languages such as SQL, VBA, and MDX.

In 2020, Christian joined Eteck B.V. as a Data-Architect, responsible for designing, building, and managing data warehouses. Christian also worked on data integration projects, involving various systems such as ERP systems, GBS systems, and opendata sources, using TSQL, SSIS, C#, and other technologies.

In 2022, Christian returned to EIFFEL as a Data Engineer, working on data engineering projects until 2023. Christian then joined Deftpower in 2023 as a Data Engineer. The details of their roles at these companies are not provided.

Throughout their career, Christian has gained experience in data engineering, data architecture, business intelligence, ETL, data warehouse management, programming languages, and statistical analysis.

Christian Sørensen's education history begins in 2006 when they attended Het Rhedens Rozendaal and obtained a HAVO degree in Onderwijs / Algemeen onderwijs in 2011. In 2013, they enrolled at Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (HAN) where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Bedrijfseconomie, completing their studies in 2017. During their time at HAN, they also attended Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences in 2016 for a minor in Beleggen (Diep).
