Remco Tjeerdsma

Remco Tjeerdsma has a diverse work experience. In 2008, they founded their own company, RemcoWebsites, where they sold websites to various clients until 2017. In 2013, they founded another company called ReDo Domotica, specializing in home automation appliances installation, which grew and became KNX and Gira-certified. Remco also owned UBCenter.nl, a Dutch webshop selling Ubiquiti Networks network devices, from 2015 to 2021.

During their time at Allego from 2017 to 2019, Remco held multiple roles including Scrummaster, Product Owner, and Software Engineer. Remco worked on a backend system supporting the ISO15118 standard, which allows electric vehicles to communicate with charging poles.

Remco also worked as a Software Developer at Transport Cost Consult from 2019 to present and previously held the role of System Administrator & Application Developer at the same company from 2015 to 2017.

Lastly, in 2020, Remco co-founded Deftpower and holds the role of Co-founder / CTO.
