Emily Huddell has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2001 when they interned in Public Relations for the Boston Breakers. Emily then went on to intern at Barricade Books Inc. in 2003, followed by a Communications Intern role at Brentford Bees in 2002. In 2004, Emily was an Athletic Department Intern at The College of New Jersey and a Sports Management TA at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. In 2005, they became a Communications Intern at MLBPA, as well as a Vice President, Client Sales & Service at Turnkey Sports & Entertainment. At Turnkey, Emily also held the roles of Vice President, Marketing & Communications, Director of Major League Accounts, and Project Director. In 2018, they began their current role as Vice President, Brand Development at Defy, where they focus on business development, client service, brand strategy, and partnership development.
Emily Huddell graduated from Boston University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Magazine Journalism and Music. Following this, they attended Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, graduating in 2005 with a Master of Science degree in Sport Management.
