Phil Brickman

Phil Brickman is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in maritime and environmental law, commercial litigation, and international transactions. As a Partner and Of Counsel at Degan, Blanchard & Nash since February 2015, Phil Brickman has focused on Master Service Agreement drafting and dispute resolution. Prior to this role, Phil Brickman served as a Partner at Fowler Rodriguez from May 2004 to February 2015, specializing in maritime, offshore energy, and environmental law across the Gulf Coast and Latin America. Phil Brickman's career began at Eastham, Watson, Dale & Forney, LLP, and Hailey McNamara, LLP, where expertise in maritime and casualty defense litigation was developed. Phil Brickman holds a JD from Tulane University Law School and a BA in History from Millsaps College.
