Shaleena Brown

Shaleena Brown, MBA-HRM, PHR, sHRBP, SPHR has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Shaleena currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at Degesch America, Inc. since January 2024. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Manager in the same company from January 2023. In September 2022, Shaleena founded their own HR consulting firm, Brown HR Consulting Firm, LLC where they operate as the Founder & Principal Human Resources Consultant.

Before starting their own consulting firm, Shaleena had experience in various organizations. Shaleena worked as a Human Resources Manager at Virginia Health Services from March 2021 to July 2022.
