Aydar Garifov

Aydar Garifov is a highly experienced Senior Reservoir Engineer with a comprehensive background in field development optimization and enhanced oil recovery (EOR) strategies. With a career spanning over two decades, Aydar has held key positions at prominent companies such as DeGolyer and MacNaughton, Petroleum Technologies, MOL Group, Schlumberger, ConocoPhillips, and LUKOIL. Aydar's expertise includes steam flood and polymer flood optimization, history matching, and in-situ combustion modeling. Aydar has successfully led major projects, including feasibility studies for EOR, field development planning, and reservoir characterization for large fields in Western Siberia. Aydar holds a Master's degree in Reservoir Engineering from Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas and an MBA from the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation.
