Swany Velázquez Sevilla has an extensive professional career, beginning in 1996 as a Junior Real Estate Appraiser for The Staubach Company. After one year, they were promoted to Assistant Director of Real Estate Appraisal Services. In 1998, they were appointed International Director of Global Corporate Accounts. In 2008, they became a Partner and Board Member of CMI Real Estate, and in 2013, they Co-Founded Digital Bureau as Operations Director. In 2014, they joined Lizan Retail Advisors as Senior Consultant for Global Accounts. In 2016, they began working as Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales for EPIC Commercial Realty. In 2021, they became USA Board Member and Director for Degordian, and in 2022, they Co-Founded Global Retail Expansion as Managing Director.

Swany Velázquez Sevilla has a diverse educational background. In 1991, they obtained a BA in Architecture from Tecnológico de Monterrey. In 2001, they earned a Master's degree in Real Estate Valuation from Universidad Autónoma de Zacatecas. From 2008 to 2009, they obtained a Certification in Business Project Management from New York University. In 2016, they completed a course in Interaction Design from Cooper Professional Education. In 2017, they obtained a Certificate in Hotel Real Estate investments and Asset Management from Cornell University. Additionally, they have two additional certifications: Blockchain: Beyond the Basics from LinkedIn in 2017, and a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson - NY.
