Tena Marčac has extensive experience in office management and people operations, currently serving as People Operations Senior Specialist and Head of General Affairs at Degordian since March 2018. Previously, Tena held various roles at Degordian, including General Affairs Manager and Office Management Team Lead. In addition to experience at CircuitMess as an External Consultant from September 2018 to September 2023, Tena worked as Office Manager at both Bornfight and Mediatoolkit between May 2019 and May 2021. Earlier in the career, Tena was the Department Manager at Jezik i govor from February 2015 to January 2016.
