Carlos Vazquez

Carlos Vazquez has an extensive work experience history. Carlos'smost recent position was as the VP of Engineering at Degreed, a role they held since May 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Engineering at Degreed from January 2020 to May 2020. Carlos also worked as the Chief Technology Officer at Get More Math! from October 2017 to January 2020.

Before joining Get More Math!, Carlos held various positions at Front Porch, Inc., including CTO from December 2013 to January 2020, Director of Field Engineering from August 2009 to December 2013, Field Engineering Manager from January 2005 to August 2009, and Senior Network Engineer from November 2000 to January 2005.

Carlos began their career at Grupo Scanda, where they served as the Network Engineering Manager from May 1999 to November 2000 and as a Network Engineer from April 1998 to May 1999.

Carlos Vazquez earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Carlos attended the institution from 1993 to 1997. In addition to their degree, Carlos obtained a certification in Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert Routing and Switching (CCIE-RS) from Cisco in May 2008.
