Kari McClure

Director, Customer Success at Degreed

Kari McClure has an extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Kari is currently serving as Director of Customer Success at Degreed since September 2020. In this role, they work with strategic clients such as Ford, Nike, Chevron, Boeing, and AmerisourceBergen to maximize value by showcasing, growing, and connecting skills with opportunities.

Prior to joining Degreed, Kari had a long tenure at American Airlines starting in 1983. Their roles at American Airlines included Director of Learning Experiences, Global Engagement from September 2017 to September 2020, and Senior Manager of Reservations Policy & Procedure, Customer Planning from April 2014 to September 2017.

Kari was also selected for a special assignment as part of the IMO Seamless Customer Integration Task Force, where they spearheaded and coordinated all merger integration training efforts related to the customer experience. Kari McClure has a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a double major in Sociology and Spanish from Baylor University. Kari also holds a Bachelor of Education in Secondary Education from the same institution. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a certification as an Emergentics Facilitator from Emergenetics International in June 2018. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Agile and Rally Project Management from American Airlines in January 2010. Kari also holds a Texas Teaching Certification from the Texas State Teachers Association.
