Katie Senters

Katie Senters has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Katie currently holds the position of Key Account Director at Degreed, starting in May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Strategic Account Director at Jumio Corporation from April 2022 to December 2022. From January 2021 to April 2022, they served as the Director of Sales at symplr. Katie also held various roles at symplr, including National Director of Sales and Senior National Director of Sales and Customer Success, from July 2017 to April 2022. Before joining symplr, Katie worked at National Healthcareer Association (NHA) as the Director of Sales for the National Accounts Team from November 2010 to July 2017. Katie also briefly worked as a Senior Certification Specialist at NHA from July 2010 to December 2010. Katie began their career at Kaplan Higher Education as an Admissions Representative from December 2007 to March 2010. Prior to that, they worked as an Admissions Representative at MedVance Institute from July 2006 to December 2007, and at Kaplan Higher Education from December 2005 to July 2006.

Katie Senters obtained a B.S. degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from West Virginia University, where they studied from 2000 to 2003. In addition to their undergraduate education, Katie also holds certification in the Challenger Sales Methodology from Challenger, which they obtained in January 2022. Katie also received a certification in Miller-Heiman Strategic and Conceptual Selling from Miller Heiman in January 2011.
