Simona Kirilova

Team Lead, Technical Support Tier I at Degreed

Simona Kirilova's work experience begins in 2017 as an Employee Analytics & Insights at UNICEPTA. Simona then worked as an Intern in Business Development & Program Management at Deutsche Telekom in 2018. In 2019, Simona joined Pepe Trading as an Employee Marketing and Customer Service, where they were responsible for sales and purchasing administration, social media content creation, and learning about Google Analytics and online advertising platforms. Currently, they are working at Degreed, initially starting as a Technical Support Specialist and later transitioning to the role of Senior Technical Support Specialist in November 2021.

Simona Kirilova began their education at the University of Düsseldorf in 2016 and completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Media and Cultural Studies in 2018. In 2020, they enrolled at IVIO-Opleidingen and attained a degree in Nederlands als tweede taal B1-B2. Currently, Simona is pursuing a field of study in Weddingplanner through NHA Distance Learning, located in Panningen, Holland, and is expected to complete it by 2023.
