Jean Mawhin

Jean Mawhin currently serves as Group Head of Shared Service Center Operations and Head of Transaction Services at Degroof Petercam, leading teams responsible for processing transactions across various financial assets in Belgium and Luxembourg since November 2018. Previously, Jean held multiple roles at BNY Mellon, including Head of Securities Operations and Head of Corporate Actions for Continental Europe Operations, accumulating extensive experience in asset servicing and corporate actions from May 2000 to November 2018. Jean's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Roman Languages and Literatures from the University of Liège and certifications in Lean Six Sigma from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management and Georges Group & De Leeuw in New York.
