Thomas Bernier

Thomas Bernier is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various practice areas. Currently a Partner at DeHay & Elliston since May 2020, Thomas previously held the position of Partner at Goldberg Segalla from February 2016 to May 2020, where responsibilities included serving as National Legionnaires' Disease Coordinating Counsel and chair of the Nanotechnology Practice Group. Noteworthy achievements at Goldberg Segalla included being part of a defense trial team that achieved a directed verdict in a wrongful death asbestos-related case. Prior to that, Thomas was a Senior Shareholder and managing shareholder in the Baltimore office at Segal, McCambridge, Singer & Mahoney, Ltd. Thomas holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Government/Economics from the University of Notre Dame du Lac.
