Alja Nike Skrt is a PR and Social Media Specialist for the ADRIA region at Deichmann since March 2023, responsible for managing communications and social media marketing strategies across Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, and Bosnia. Alja co-founded At your pace in February 2021, serving as a Content Creator with expertise in creative concept development and brand collaborations. Previously, Alja held the position of Digital Project Manager at DROM agency from May 2019 to January 2021, overseeing various digital marketing projects, and worked as an Account Manager at Renderspace. Alja's earlier experience includes an Account Manager Assistant position at Pristop. Alja holds a Master’s Degree in Social Informatics and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Communications and Public Relations from the University of Ljubljana, alongside additional coursework at the University of Tampere.
