Anthony Mapstone

Anthony Mapstone is an accomplished retail professional with extensive management experience in the footwear and fashion sectors. Currently serving as the Area Manager for Jobs Growth Wales+ at Itec Skills and Employment since July 2022, Anthony has also held the role of Performance Manager. Previously, Anthony re-joined Deichmann in July 2018 as a District Manager, after initially working with the company as a Cover Manager. Notably, Anthony managed the Cardiff store as a Store Manager, overseeing a team of 15 staff. Prior experience includes a Section Manager position at Marks and Spencer from August 2015 to July 2018, managing a team of 13 staff, and a Footwear Manager role at Sports Direct International from September 2009 to February 2013. Anthony holds a Bachelor's degree in Product Design from the University of Wales, Cardiff, completed in 2009.
