Currently serving as the Head of Development and Production at Deichmann since May 2018, Maraschin previously held the position of Development Commercialization Manager in China at Aerosoles, where responsibilities included developing sales samples and managing production trials. Prior to that, Maraschin was Development and Production Manager at Topline - Steven Madden, overseeing production processes for major brands such as Walmart and Target. Maraschin commenced career as Production Manager at Mexx Company and as Production Supervisor at Paramont in China, focusing on production trials and quality testing. Educational background includes degrees in Shoes Technician and Industrial Engineering from Instituto Senai and Senai R S from 1985 to 1998.
