Lené H.

Lené H. has a diverse work experience in the field of accounting. Lené is currently working as a Management Accountant at Deimos since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Stonehage Fleming from 2017 to 2022, where they held the positions of Senior Associate - Group Finance Accountant and Associate - Group Finance Accountant. In these roles, they were responsible for month-end close processes, preparation of journals, analysis of financial records, and assisting with audit working files. Before joining Stonehage Fleming, Lené worked as a Bookkeeper at VASTech from 2016 to 2017, handling journal entries, inter-company transactions reconciliation, and purchase VAT reconciliation. Lené'scareer started at JN Chartered Accountants in 2013, where they worked as a Trainee Accountant - SAIPA. In this role, they gained experience in preparing accounting records, compiling financial statements, calculating income tax returns, and performing audits for various companies.

Lené H. has a diverse educational background focused on accounting and financial management. In 2019, they obtained an Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting (CIMA ADV DIP MA) from CIMA, specializing in Managing Performance, Advanced Management Accounting, and Advanced Financial Reporting.

Prior to that, Lené pursued non-degree purposes in auditing and accountancy from 2016 to 2017 at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika. Lené further expanded their knowledge in financial management by completing a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from the same institution between 2010 and 2013, reaching NQF Level 6.

In addition to their formal education, Lené H. also holds the certification of Professional Accountant from the South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA), which they obtained in March 2017.
