Dominique Gagnon

Dominique Gagnon serves as President of DEINDE since January 2024, focusing on future skin health innovations. Concurrently, Dominique is a member of WE ARE THE BOARD and has been Vice President and General Manager of Consumer Brands at Debut since August 2021, where the emphasis is on unlocking rare bioactives for beauty products. Previous roles include Head of Innovation at Caldera + Lab, where Dominique led the development of a men's prestige skincare line, and Founder and Chief Creator at art of creation, contributing to multiple successful brand launches. Additionally, Dominique founded Isbel & Co., a FemTech startup, and held various strategic marketing positions at Nestle, Omnicom, Unilever, and Vantage Partners. Dominique holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a BA from Wellesley College, and has studied at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
