Lama Sabah

Lama Sabah has over 15 years of experience in human resources and school operations, currently serving as HR Business Partner at Al-Futtaim Education Foundation since March 2022, overseeing Universal American School and Deira International School. Prior to this role, Lama held the position of HR Manager at Deira International School and served as Operations Manager as well as Personal Assistant to the Principal at Oaktree Primary School. Lama's career in education began at GEMS Education, where responsibilities included managing government relations. Academic qualifications include a CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management from ICS Learn and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Damascus University.
