Christine Vigna, CHRL, CLC

Christine Vigna has a strong background in human resources and people management. Christine currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Dejero, a position they have held since February 2022. Prior to this role, they were the VP of People and Culture at Dejero from January 2019 to February 2022. From March 2017 to January 2019, they worked as the Director of People and Culture at Dejero. Before joining Dejero, Christine worked at BlackBerry, where they held various HR roles, including HR Business Partner from September 2014 to March 2016 and HR Business Partner Operations Advisor from March 2012 to August 2014. Christine also worked at the Law Society of Upper Canada as the Office of the Registrar Senior Services Representative from 2007 to 2010, and at the House of Friendship as a Social Services Specialist from 2006 to 2007.

Christine Vigna, CHRL, CLC has a PostGrad degree in Human Resources Management from Conestoga College. Christine also holds a B.A. degree in Psychology from Western University. In addition to their educational background, Christine has obtained several certifications including Team Coaching 30 hours, Certified Leadership Coach, Mentor Coaching, Coaching Excelerator Mastery, and Coaching Excelerator Essentials from Essential Impact. The certifications were obtained between April 2019 and October 2020.
