Arielle Welch

Arielle Welch has a diverse work experience in the field of biosciences and laboratory research. Arielle started their career in 2015 as an Intern at Anderson Materials Evaluation, Inc. In 2016, they worked as an Organic Chemistry Laboratory Teaching Assistant and a Department of Chemistry Student Researcher at The College of Wooster. Then, in 2021, Arielle joined 20/20 GeneSystems as a Laboratory Technician, and later was promoted to Senior Laboratory Technician in 2022. Currently, they are working as an Associate Scientist at Deka Biosciences, Inc., starting in 2023.

Arielle Welch attended The College of Wooster from 2014 to 2018, where they studied Chemistry. Currently, they hold additional certifications in Lean Six Sigma White Belt from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC), which they obtained in April 2023, as well as a Technologist in Molecular Biology certification from the AMERICAN SOCIETY OF CLINICAL PATHOLOGISTS, which they obtained in January 2023.
