Dave Boclair

Dave Boclair has over 12 years of work experience in the biotechnology industry. In 2021, they began working as Senior Director of Manufacturing Sciences at Deka Biosciences, Inc. Prior to that, they were Director of Operational Excellence- Cell & Gene Therapy at Catalent Pharma Solutions from 2019 to 2021. From 2016 to 2019, they were Senior Associate Director of Manufacturing Operations at Boehringer Ingelheim. From 2012 to 2016, they held multiple roles at Cytovance Biologics, including Director of Manufacturing, Downstream Manufacturing Manager, and Manufacturing Science & Technology (MSAT) Manager. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as Scientist and Staff Scientist at Laureate Biopharmaceutical Services. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as Clarification Supervisor and Research Assistant at the Fraunhofer Center for Molecular Biotechnology. In 2008, they worked as Technical Writer at the Caring for Carcinoid Foundation, and as an Intern at Xtal BioStructures.

Dave Boclair received a B.S. in Biochemistry from Tufts University. Dave then went on to study Biochemistry at UCL, where they earned a Bachelor of Science - BS in 2007.
