Alexander Heijnk

Alexander Heijnk is an experienced real estate professional with a focus on acquisitions and sales in the Americas at Deka Immobilien since December 2018. Currently serving as Head of Acquisitions and Sales The Americas, Alexander leads the investment team concentrating on commercial properties in the US, Canada, and Mexico, managing a transaction volume of USD 200 million. Prior roles include Investment Manager, where Alexander completed acquisitions totaling approximately USD 1 million, and Junior Investment Manager for logistics and retail with a transaction volume of approximately EUR 350 million across Germany, France, Belgium, and the Netherlands. Alexander's career began with various internships and positions, including cash flow modeling and market studies, culminating in a Master of Science in Real Estate Economy & Management from the University of Regensburg.
