Lauren Blake

Lauren Blake is a highly skilled professional with a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, attained in 2019. Currently serving in multiple roles at DEKA Research & Development since June 2019, including Regulatory Affairs Specialist, V&V Test Project Coordinator, and V&V Test Engineer, Lauren has extensive experience in regulatory compliance and testing. Additionally, Lauren contributes as an Assistant Swim Coach for the Rockingham Area Youth Swim Team since November 2019. Previous experience includes an Engineering Co-op at SITES Medical LLC, where responsibilities involved designing and testing implants, developing test protocols, and ensuring compliance with FDA and ISO specifications, as well as a Quality and Process Improvement Internship at St. Vincent Health that focused on surgical instrumentation audits and process optimization using Six Sigma/Lean principles.
