Raffi Zack (Raphael)

Raffi (Raphael) Zack is a Control Systems Engineer at DEKA Research & Development since September 2016, with previous experience as a Robotics Engineer contractor at Fujitsu, where development of a ROS/C++ wrapper for localization and navigation solutions occurred. Academic roles as a Teaching Assistant at UC Davis included advising student groups in Mechanical Systems Design and Dynamics. Prior industry experience encompasses senior and lead roles in photovoltaic system design at SolarCity, as well as internships in mechanical engineering at Creativity, Inc., Air Techniques, and Henry Schein. Raffi holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering from the University of California, Davis, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
