Nicholas Lasner

Nicholas Lasner has a diverse work experience. Nicholas currently works at DekaBank Deutsche Girozentrale, where they are the Team Lead for Project Management and Agile Processes. In this role, they are responsible for leading projects with large teams and significant budgets. Nicholas also serves as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master, leading the company's agile transformation. Prior to this, Nicholas was an IT Project Manager at the same company. Nicholas then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Wirtschaftsinformatik from the same institution, completing it in 2016. Additionally, they hold various certifications, including Kanban System Design, ITIL Foundation Level, PRINCE2® 2017 Foundation & Practitioner, Scaled Professional Scrum, Professional Scrum Master II, Professional Agile Leadership I, Professional Scrum Product Owner I, and Professional Scrum Master I.
