Jonathan J Perkins M.D.

Jonathan J Perkins MD has extensive medical experience, currently serving as the Chief Medical Information Officer, Medical Director of Palliative Care, Hospitalist, and Chief of the Department of Hospital Medicine at DeKalb Medical since July 2013. Additionally, Jonathan has held the position of Medical Director at Longleaf Hospice since March 2015. Prior to these roles, Jonathan worked as a Faculty Development and Hospital Medicine Fellow and a Resident at UPMC from June 2008 to July 2013. Jonathan earned a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from the University at Buffalo between 2003 and 2007 and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biotechnology from the Rochester Institute of Technology from 1999 to 2002.
