Jake Waterhouse

Jake Waterhouse has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Jake began their career at Allen Gears, where they underwent a commercial training program and eventually worked in project management. After leaving Allen Gears, they founded Industrial Mechanical Technology Ltd, where they represented various specialist manufacturers in the power generation market. Jake then joined DEKOMTE de Temple Expansion Joint Technology as the Managing Director, overseeing the establishment of the company's UK office and managing other DEKOMTE group companies. Currently, Jake is the Managing Director at DEKOMTE de Temple Kompensator-Technik GmbH, responsible for head office management, sales, and technical development. Jake has also taken on the role of the International Business Director at DEKOMTE, supporting subsidiaries, partners, and representatives worldwide. Throughout their career, Jake has focused on improving business operations, increasing market share, and emphasizing customer service and technical excellence.
