Jaimin Tayde

Jaimin Tayde is a Service Delivery Analyst at VTNZ since February 2022, responsible for providing Level 2 support across the company’s sites and ensuring high standards of customer service. Prior experience includes a role as an Information Technology Service Delivery Analyst, where Jaimin set up and dispatched devices and provided remote diagnostics for a large user base. Previous positions also include customer service roles at Mobil by Moove and Caltex Inc., along with internship experiences at Kiss IT Ltd and MeshDroid Technologies as a Software Developer. Jaimin holds a Graduate Diploma in Software Development from Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Gujarat Technological University.
