Claudia Wend-Meinecke has extensive work experience in various companies. Claudia began their career as a Consultant for Personal and Organizational Development at Dialog Consult / Pecaso Dialog GmbH in 2003 and worked there until 2007. Claudia then joined IBM as a Senior Consultant in Human Capital Management from 2007 to 2009. Later, they became a Managing Consultant in Talent & Change at IBM from 2009 to 2015. In 2016, they joined DEKRA as an Organizational Change Manager until 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they served as a Project Lead in Business Process Management at DEKRA. Currently, they hold the role of Functional Lead of Corporate Business Process Management at DEKRA since January 2020.
Claudia Wend-Meinecke obtained a Diplom in Sociology from Leipzig University, where they studied from 1996 to 2003. In addition, they hold certifications in Certified Business Process Professional CBPP from gfo - Gesellschaft für Organisation e. V. (obtained in 2020), Basiszertifikat für Projektmanagement from GPM Deutsche Gesellschaft für Projektmanagement e. V. (obtained in 2017), and Systemische Organisationsberatung from SWF - Simon Weber Friends (obtained in 2008).
