Vicente Molina

Vicente Molina has extensive work experience with DEKRA, a global expert organization, where they held various management and leadership roles. Vicente started their career in 1996 as a Consultant with OSC Gesellschaft für Unternehmensberatung mbH and ICARUS Consulting GmbH. In 1998, they joined DEKRA AG as a Process Solution Manager, responsible for adapting IT solutions for international branches and leading strategy consulting projects. From 2003 to 2009, they served as the Group Financial Manager at DEKRA Claims Services International SA. Vicente then joined DEKRA Claims & Expert Services International SA as the Group Marketing Manager from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, they became the Business Line Manager for Energy & Resources at DEKRA Industrial. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as the Business Line Manager for "Energy, Resources & Management Systems" at DEKRA Consulting GmbH. In 2015, they joined DEKRA Assurance Services GmbH as the Director of Assurance Services. Currently, since June 2020, they hold the position of Head of Corporate Project & Portfolio Management at DEKRA. Throughout their career, Vicente Molina has gained expertise in finance, project management, process optimization, and strategic consulting.

Vicente Molina obtained a Diplom-Betriebswirt (FH) degree in European Business Studies from IPBS/ESB between 1991 and 1995. Additionally, they hold certifications in Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org and Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc., obtained in 2023 and November 2022, respectively.
