Matthew Redman

Matthew Redman has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Matthew started their career at Redman Development Inc. in 2010, where they set up the company's business systems and website. Matthew also worked on various commercial construction projects, managing drawings, specifications, and subcontractor coordination.

In 2012, Redman joined Del Amo Construction as a Project Engineer/Assistant Superintendent. Matthew then transitioned into the role of Estimator, where they produced detailed cost estimates for construction projects. Redman later became involved in Operations & Technical Development, overseeing the development and implementation of business systems and processes to improve operational efficiency. In their most recent role as Director of Technical Operations, they directed the efforts of the Technical Operations department, identifying and implementing solutions to business challenges while improving operational efficiency.

Matthew Redman attended Detroit Catholic Central from 2005 to 2009. Matthew then went on to attend Michigan State University from 2009 to 2013, where they specialized in General Management with a focus on Hospitality Business Real Estate Development.
