Yun Day

Yun Day's work experience includes roles as a Sr. Vice President of Human Resources at Del Amo Construction since August 2020, a Board Member at NAWIC LA Chapter #42 since October 2022, and a Member at Chief, a private network for women leaders, since September 2020. Prior to these positions, Yun served as a Regional Human Resources Director at Gensler from April 2014 to August 2020. Before that, they were an Operations Manager and Firm Administrator at Shlemmer+Algaze+Associates from August 2007 to April 2014. Yun also worked as an Operations Manager at Capitol Estates International, Inc from December 2006 to June 2007, as well as in various roles at ACI International, HomeLoanCenter.com, Fieldcrest Mortgage Corp, and CIGNA Dental.

Yun Day obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from UCLA, where they studied from 1987 to 1992. Additionally, Yun earned a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute in April 2013. Other certifications include Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), LEED AP BD+C from USGBC, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Expert Rating, PHRca from the HR Certification Institute, SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, and Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Expert Rating.
