Narinder Chugh

Narinder Chugh has extensive work experience in the sales and marketing field. Narinder currently holds the position of Head of Sales at Del Monte Foods Private Limited since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the General Manager of Modern Retail & Ecommerce at the same company from October 2021 to December 2022.

Before joining Del Monte Foods, Narinder worked at Hershey India from 2016 to 2021. Narinder'sroles at Hershey included Category Head of Customer Marketing from September 2020 to December 2021, National Account Manager from February 2019 to September 2020, Deputy General Manager from December 2016 to January 2019, and Senior Key Accounts Manager of Modern Trade and Ecommerce for a brief period in August to November 2016.

From 2013 to 2016, Narinder worked as a Key Accounts Manager of Modern Trade & Ecommerce at Hershey India Private Limited. Prior to that, they were an Area Sales Manager at Parle Products Pvt. Ltd from 2009 to 2013.

Narinder's career began at PepsiCo in 2007, where they held the positions of Area Sales Manager from April 2008 to May 2009 and Customer Executive from May 2007 to March 2008. Narinder also gained experience as a Sales Officer at Nestlé from March 2006 to April 2007.

Narinder Chugh completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from Moti Lal Nehru College, Delhi University, between 2001 and 2003. Subsequently, from 2004 to 2006, Narinder pursued a post-graduate diploma in business management with a specialization in Marketing/Marketing Management, General at the Institute Of Marketing and Management. In October 2017, Narinder also obtained a certification in Leadership Development Program from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
