Michelle Flood

Michelle Flood has a extensive work experience, primarily with Del Monte Foods, Inc. Michelle started as a Food Technologist I in June 2009 and progressed through various roles in the research and development (R&D) department. Michelle became a Food Technologist II in January 2011, then a Food Technologist III in January 2012. In July 2015, they were promoted to Senior Food Technologist I, and then in September 2017, they became a Senior Food Technologist II. From September 2018 to January 2019, they held the position of Senior Scientist. Michelle continued to advance within the R&D department and served as the Senior Manager for Vegetable R&D from February 2019 to August 2021. Following that, they were promoted to R&D Director and served in that position twice, from August 2021 to February 2022, and again from February 2022 to the present.

Before their tenure at Del Monte Foods, Inc., Michelle also gained experience as a Liquid Development Intern at Diageo in 2008 and as an R&D Intern at Del Monte Foods, Inc. in 2007.

Michelle Flood attended New Trier High School, but no specific dates were provided. Michelle then went on to study at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2005 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition.
