Sarah Kinsaul Perone

Sarah Kinsaul Perone has extensive work experience in the logistics and distribution industry. Sarah began their career at Avon in 2003 as a Line Balance Analyst, where they implemented software to optimize product placement and reduce quality issues. Sarah then served as an Order Fulfillment Supervisor, managing daily activities and optimizing order flow. Sarah eventually became an Operations Manager, overseeing budgeting, inventory management, and forecasting. Sarah also worked as a Project Manager, participating in the design and testing of a new distribution center.

In their role as a Regional Transportation Manager, Sarah was responsible for line haul and last mile delivery for the Zanesville distribution center. Sarah successfully implemented cost-saving measures and managed contracts with delivery companies. As a Senior Manager, they supervised outbound logistics and quality, achieving high levels of customer service and cost savings. Sarah also played a key role in a business transformation project that improved order processes and IT systems.

Sarah joined New Avon in 2016 and held various leadership positions. As a Senior Manager, they led a cross-functional team in a national campaign project, which transformed the company's business operations. Sarah also served as a Site Director, managing a distribution facility with a large team and handling orders for major retailers.

Sarah's most recent role is as the Director of Warehouse Operations at Del Monte Foods, Inc. Starting in 2023, they oversee the operations of the company's warehouses.

Throughout their career, Sarah has demonstrated expertise in logistics, supply chain management, quality control, and project management. Sarah has consistently achieved cost savings, improved operational efficiency, and enhanced customer service.

Sarah Kinsaul Perone earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1998 to 2003.
