Daniel Garibay

Daniel Garibay has a comprehensive background in finance and accounting, with over 20 years of experience. Daniel is currently serving as the VP of Finance & Accounting at Del Real Foods since April 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of VP of Finance & Controller at Golden West Food Group from June 2022 to April 2023. Daniel also served as the Director of Finance at Bay Center Foods, a subsidiary of Chick-fil-A, from September 2019 to June 2022. Before that, they worked as the Finance Director, TMO at Bonduelle Fresh Americas from February 2017 to September 2019.

In their earlier career, Daniel held various roles at Ready Pac Foods, Inc. starting in August 2005. These roles included Director of Business Analytics from December 2015 to February 2017, Sr. Director of Financial Planning & Analysis from March 2012 to December 2015, Director of Operational Accounting from March 2008 to March 2012, and Sr. Manager of Financial Reporting & Analysis from August 2005 to March 2008.

Daniel also gained some early experience as a Senior Accountant at Olympus in 2005 and as a Senior Financial Analyst at DOLE Fresh Vegetables from January 2000 to April 2005. Throughout their career, they have developed a strong skill set in finance, accounting, and analytics, contributing to their success in various leadership positions.

Daniel Garibay attended San Diego State University from 1997 to 2000, where they received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance.
