Muna Afghani

Muna Afghani has extensive experience in the food industry, currently working as a Senior Brand Manager for Del Taco Restaurants Inc. Muna also has previous experience as a Quality Assurance Manager at CKE Restaurants, Inc. and as a Research and Development Intern at ConAgra Foods. Muna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Food Administration with a Food Science Emphasis from California State University, Long Beach, and has additional certifications in Milk Processing Technology and Cheese Short Courses from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Muna also holds an associate degree in Nutrition and Food from Fullerton College.
