Nicolas Groult is the Chief Executive Officer of Pandrol. He joined the Delachaux Group in 2023. He has over 25 years of experience in international companies, mainly in the industrial sector. He is specialised in operational excellence, plant management and general management.

Nicolas Groult holds an engineering degree from CESI and an Executive MBA from ESCP Europe.
