Rina Gohel

Rina Gohel has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Rina most recently worked as the COO and Digital & Change Expert at Delafeld + Partners, where they focused on business transformation and helping digital and tech leaders adapt to evolving consumer expectations. Prior to that, they served as a Product Management Specialist at Xoserve, where they launched products to the B2B market and played a key role in change management. Rina also held the position of Head Of Digital Transformation at Purplebricks Group PLC, where they were responsible for designing and implementing the digital transformation strategy. Rina has a strong background in the banking sector, having worked at Lloyds Banking Group in various roles including Digital Product Owner, Insights Manager, Web Experience Optimization Manager, and Assistant Proposition Manager. Before joining Lloyds, they also worked at Just Wills Plc as a Wills Administrator. Throughout their career, Rina has demonstrated their ability to drive innovation, manage change, and deliver results.

Rina Gohel completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Law with Computing from the University of Hertfordshire, which they attended from 2002 to 2005. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications and completed courses to enhance their skills in various areas. In 2017, they completed the Data Analysis Circuit at General Assembly, followed by the Product Management course in 2018. In 2020, Rina obtained certifications in Business Development: Strategic Planning and Program Management Foundations, both from LinkedIn. Most recently, in 2022, they obtained certifications in Agile PM and Change Management from APMG International.
