Nicholas Cloete

Nicholas Cloete is an accomplished Food and Beverage Manager currently employed at Delaire Graff Estate since October 2021. Previously, Nicholas served as Restaurant Manager at Indochine, and held the position of Restaurant Manager at Greenhouse within the Cellars-Hohenort Hotel from October 2019 to February 2021, where the restaurant received numerous accolades, including recognition in the 50 Best Discovery by The World's 50 Best Restaurants. Nicholas has also held roles including General Manager at Blanko restaurant in the Kove Collection and pre-opening General Manager for Grill House in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Additional experience includes Operations Manager at Cape Town Fish Market and General Manager for Belvedere Ltd., coupled with earlier roles in both front-of-house management and hospitality internships. Nicholas earned a Diploma in International Hospitality Management from The Private Hotel School and completed Matric at Paul Roos Gymnasium.
