Jolanta Walawender

Jolanta Walawender has extensive experience in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as VP Compensation & Benefits and HR IT at DeLaval since November 2007. In this role, Jolanta implements company compensation strategies, standardizes global compensation processes, and led the successful global implementation of the SuccessFactors HRIS tool across 42 countries. Prior to this, Jolanta held positions as Director of Compensation and Benefits and HR Manager at DeLaval, focusing on HR services, competency development, and compliance with labor regulations. Earlier experience includes serving as Country HR Manager for Rautaruukki Oyj, where Jolanta contributed to greenfield projects, HRIS implementation, and labor negotiations. Jolanta holds a Master’s degree in mathematics from the University of Wroclaw.
